The Goodfellow family has vacationed on Grand Bahama for more than 15 years and enjoyed the area and local people so much they built a home on Pelican Point in the late 1990's.
The demands of the construction industry in Canada kept the Goodfellow family in the North a great deal of time and we decided to try share their vacation home by renting it out when not in residence. This proved successful and when we decided to build a larger home, we looked for the best beach we could find on the island of Grand Bahama.
We located a large lot on Golden Beach and in 2003 completed work on this current home near Freetown.
Left on Nov 26, 2012 for a stay in December 2005
Completely relaxing, close enough, yet far enough from the city. The beach is lovely and private. Much cheaper than putting all of us at a hotel and eating out every night and so luxurious.
