I take great pride in renting my Florida condo. You will find everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There is 24/7 security and maintence services. Should an emergency arise, I am a phone call away. The unit is well kept, completely furnished, clean, bright and comfortable. I encourage return renters with my special return renter discount. When the condo isn't being rented I try to take advantage of it by visiting Florida and staying in my unit with my friends and family. I know anyone staying will enjoy this wonderfully located condo as much as I do; by either swimming, golfing, playing tennis or relaxing and watching the water traffic and sunsets while grilling on the patio. There is plenty to do or not to do....the choice is up to you.
