My husband & I have owned property in Galveston for 30 years because it is so close to Houston & we always feel as if we have had a fun & relaxing vacation every time we would go to Galveston.

We always loved the Emerald by the Sea in Galveston & 1st saw it in 2008 when it was being built. We returned to the Emerald in 2013 after we sold our last beach house in Galveston.
Then after we sold 6 of our 8 condos in Cancun, we bought this beautiful Emerald by the Sea 3 bed/ 2.5 bath condo in Galveston . It is Flipkey #8568048. My husband and I have been traveling to Cancun since 1987 because he likes to scuba dive. To keep myself busy, I began looking for reasonably priced properties because we wanted to eventually part-time retire in Cancun.
