I am an art / travel photographer, living outside of Romania since 1985. Building this house was very important for me, as one of the most painful and frustrating steps we had to take before leaving (then still) Communist Romania was to sell the house my family built. My sweet revenge is to have built the house of my dreams ONLY 100 steps away from the one we had to leave behind.I did not create it as a business, but driven by the wonderful childhood memories rooted in this splendid mountain village.I cannot say that "I've seen the whole world", but I did travel quite a lot and I feel that there are very few places as spectacular as this village and its immediate surroundings. The images I posted are not from any image bank, but pictures I have taken during my vacations there. I was very happy to see that people who visited Bran for the first time including my lovely partner Heidi,(from the UK) fell in love with this place. About the house...I will let the pictures speak.
