We are a 40 year married couple empty nesters in upstate New York and rent our beach villa throughout the year with frequesnt repeat renters due to the beauty of the villa and Kiawah island. We are mid-island on the ten miles of prestine yellow sand beach so you can go in either direction with bikes on the beach walkingrunningbiking on the 30 miles of bike paths.
