I'm originally from Toronto but have lived in Los Angles for 13 years. I really fell in love with the city when I moved to the East side of town.
After living in Silver lake for 10 years I bought a home in Atwater Village. It's only a few minutes from Silver lake but has a great vibe of it's own. It's a wonderfully walkable area and has tons to offer. My place feels like your away from a city but you really can't get anymore central.
