Fun in the sun

We thoroughly enjoyed our laid-back trip to Topsail Island this July. Our house offered just the right amount of space for eight people and the access to the beach was wonderful. We have stayed in Duck and Corolla before and this beats both of them. We would definitely consider going back while the kids are young enough to appreciate it.

Good beach value

3309 Topsail Dunes is a three-bedroom condo on the third floor with a large balcony that offers a superb view of the beach. It's not fancy, but it is clean, roomy, and all its facilities work. Best of all, in the off season the price is very nice. We've stayed there four times and will again.

So close, yet so far away.

This place was unique and awesome. Every room is oceanfront. You don't even have to raise up out of bed to view the ocean. It is secluded just enough, yet within a short distance to stores and restaurants. I love this place. It is a perfect getaway and very affordable.

Great location and stayed here two years in a row

This house is very well kept and has all the ammenities described in the rental.
The house is spacious and comfortably accomadates 11 as advertised.
House is located directly in front of an old pier and signs are posted for safety. We found that the pier posed little danger as long as you were aware of the location. Little congestion on the Beach due to the location of house.

Great house, awesome location!

Wonderful vacation condo with the best view of the ocean.

There was a few problems with the condo but the maintenance staff came right away and fixed what was wrong. It was great to be able to do laundry and a little cooking in the condo. The condo has a breath taking view of the ocean. It was also quiet in the condo. Plenty to do with the pools and the ocean. There was nothing that I and my family did not like.

Overall facility run down

The accomodations were ok. Our unit was stocked with plenty of dishes, towels, etc. The facility itself is old and run down. There was supposed to be a snack bar by the pool..it wasn't even open. I visited many of the other units, as we were with a large group. They were poorly furnished and the kitchens weren't stocked with enough dishes, etc. I would not recommend this complex to a friend.

Another Great Vacation

This house was great! Clean, roomy... nicely furnished. We cooked so we were glad for the equipped kitchen.
We were celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary. Our three kids kids and two of our grandkids came down and spent a night with us...There was room for all!

Check-in went smoothly and the staff was nice...all was going great! However, when we arrived at the house it was such a disappointment! There was 8" of sand on the sidewalk. The location and spaciousness of this home was outstanding for the price! However, the linens and paper goods (towels, bed linens, toilet paper) were ragged, worn and in short supply. The home's furnishings were outdated and worn and the carpets (why you would have carpet in a beach front property is beyond me) were very dirty and stained.
