I have been renting to students on the campus of IUP for 12 years , and have residential housing also. This property in the Keys was not going to be rented, however in a late decision we have changed our minds.
I have been happily married for 38 years, two happily married daughters, and one grandson.
My wife and I are 56 years of age and plan to spend our retirement in our florida home.
