I'm 42 years old, have emigrated to Great Barrier Island from the Netherlands 14 years ago and my husband is a Kiwi who has lived here for a long time. We are blessed to be living at the X-spot ourselves, next door to the apartment, which is a necessity, should there be any issues with the alternative power system.
We take pride in our property and we will try and provide you with the best service possible. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and we are able to advice you the best places to go on our beautiful island (there are many). I speak Dutch, (Swiss-) German and a bit of French or Spanish, should this be required. Our property comes fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
