My husband and I are now retired but work part-time jobs in the summer here in NH. Since the house is located in Florida we do have lawn, pool and cleaning people who oversee all aspects of the house. If there is a problem, we try to have it taken care of within 24 hrs. Although the house is not a new one we try to make improvements on it every year. It is nothing fancy but very comfortable.
