Richard and Noi Kreider moved to Homer Alaska in 2008 from the Las Vegas area. Richard retired from the Engnerr Trade in 2008 and began talking about moving to Alaska non-stop until Noi agreed! One Sunmer day in Oct. 2007, Noi and Richard came upon the property on Baycrest Hill for sale, they pulled up to the property and walked around and Richard said " there is no better view in Homer than this location, can you imagine if visitors could experience this view? The property was carefully developed for visitors with privacy in mind, exceptional views and all the comforts of home. Over the years Richard and Noi have added many unique accommodations with the vision to provide guests with that one-of-a-kind experience.
