I am a real estate broker that loves to travel to unique destinations. Since I was a young girl my family visited Helen Ga. The Smoky Mountains regularly and I have continued that same cherished tradition with my four children and grandson. My 38 years in the real estate industry instilled a strong rule that I live by when investing - LOCATION is Everything When a great property hit the market in Helen that was riverfront and steps to downtown next door to a new water park.. I made the move to finally own property in the vacation destination I had always cherished. I am proud to say that move was one of the best moves I have ever made. Our kids grandson and their friends can enjoy the freedom to walk and explore without worry or the hassle of us chauffeuring. The adults can visit the sites shopping pubs to enjoy Oktoberfest then tube or walk home. After your visit I am sure you will love this Bavarian getaway as much as we do Years later we were fortunate to add beautiful log cabins in Gatlinburg TN to our inventory and most recently a 6 bedroom 4.5 bath luxury lake escape on Lake Greenwood.
