Outlet proudly celebrates our 20th birthday in 2015. We’ve been finding people homes since 1995 and Short Lettings is our newest division. Outlet’s longevity gives us broad expertise in all areas of property and we’re members of several professional estate agency accrediting associations.

Our Short Let properties are the real homes of real people. They are not hotel rooms. They are not spare rooms in someone’s house or apartment. Each property is a self-contained, self-servicing flat. Some are quirky, some grand. All reflect the owner’s tastes and sensibilities. Most of the flats are in Soho, where we have our office, or London’s West End. A few are farther afield; we try to service these flats the same as we do our local ones, but distance can create delays.

The kitchens are equipped with the things you’ll need. We provide you with two bath towels, one hand towel per person and hand soap. The beds have fresh linens – a fitted sheet, pillows with cases and a covered duvet. No top sheet is supplied.

If there is a sofa bed in the flat that you want to use, please let us know in advance so we have this ready for you; we are not be able to supply extra bed linen for sofa beds without prior notice.

We offer some extras: a chauffeured car to or from any London airport, or a baby cot that you can book. Once you book your apartment you will receive an email from me and Ralph to say hi and to arrange your check in; you can then contact us directly.
