Quaint beach house sits all by itself on the Neawanna estuary. Amazing views 24 hours a day, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
Kitchen, beverage fridge, 2 ovens, microwave, great for parties or perfect for just two.
Sunken pit has dining table, tv and entertainment areas. DVR and 100's of movies, games, cards, puzzles if it rains... (Oregon coast :) A couch sleeper/ full bed. Amazing 17 X 20 deck, watch the tide go in and out, crab, fish, swim, kayak or canoe.
Hand made Black Walnut & 400 year old Broad Leaf Maple queen bed sits snugly in the East corner of the villa and is open to the house.
1bath, uniquely tiled with a tumbled Travertine shower and mozaic tile floors.
Ideal honeymoon suite, or get-a-way for two but works well for parents kids that don't mind a pull out bed. Every room has a water view, hand made furniture, custom work inside and out. Many plants, plenty of off street parking.
Organic, natural, rustic, creative, beautiful and flowing with life!!!
