I was born and raised in Ubud, Bali. I am a 40 year old local resident of Penestanan which is a short 5-minute drive from Ubud center. I have once served as a mayor of the local banjar (village). I have personally worked in the hotel industry for 12 years. My wife and sister are professional chefs. I have two children 18 (boy) and girl (10).
