My partner & I purchased & renovated The Cottage on Perryman just this year. We LOVE Saugatuck & Oval Beach. This is our first vacation rental although we have several long-term rentals outside of Chicago where we live. We picked this location because of its close proximity to the beach, the dunes & the chain ferry. We love taking the ferry across the water & walking around Saugatuck's historic downtown.
