I have been renting cottages since 2011. I love this area where the cottages are located and also where I’m living with my family. This area is called Finnish Lakeland and it is a labyrinth of lakes of different sizes and forest. The nature is pure and it is safe to live here. In summer time we enjoy Midnight Sun, and in winter time this is a Winter Wonderland with white snow, ice on the lakes and Northern Lights. Even if we are, in many opinions, in the mid of wilderness it takes just less than 3 hours to drive to Helsinki with international airport and harbors. Also roads here are in good condition and almost all area is 3G or 4G, so you have access to internet and mobile nets all the time, and mostly very quick ones. - Because of all this I hope that as many persons as possible, around the world, can come and enjoy Finnish Lakeland which is exotic and exciting, but safe and naturally pure.
