I am not a professional renters. I originally purchased a unit as my home on the beach and for years rented out the first floor because I travel for a living. Now married with 3 children we moved to a larger space and converting the whole unit to a rental. It had 2 lockout units A and B, so we can rent it 3 ways Due to the success of the original Sticks in the Sand, We are now have 4 townhomes to rent and continue to hope to provide our homes for families to enjoy. We call it Sticks in the Sand because it is on pylons on the beach! We believe "steps from the beach" should be literal.
