We first saw this condo during a business/vacation trip in July of 2003. We looked at a number of condos, including another one in Kuhio Shores, and this one was head and shoulders above the rest. The designer interior was great... but the real selling point was the location and the view... as soon as you walk in the door, you'll say "Wow".

We knew immediately that no guest would ever be disappointed with it, that we would always be proud to own it. We also suspected that we would get a lot of repeat guests, and referrals from our guests, so that the occupancy rate would be high. Still, we weren't sure it would be a good investment, but because of our sentimental attachment to Kauai (we were married on the island in 1996, and have been in love with it ever since), we decided to go ahead, and we closed on the property in October. Since then we've only been able to stay one or two weeks per year, but we're looking forward to retiring and being able to spend much more time there!
