I am a retired ER and L&D nurse. I moved to Kauai for health reasons and found this amazing and healing place on the North Shore of Kauai. When my children moved back to the mainland to pursue careers I found I had way too much space for one person and started renting out the main home to travelers It has been a wonderfully rewarding experience. I've met unique people from all around the world, many of whom have become my friends and part of our neighborhood ohana . I've also taken up photography as do most people who come here. it is impossible not to as this is one of the most magical and beautiful places left on the planet.
