Flat Sweet Home S.L is a young company founded in 2008. It was created to meet the needs of a market that values quality service and personalized attention. As a company, we have endeavored to create cozy spaces where you can comfortably enjoy your holiday.

The company is managed by its founder and CEO, Gabriel Ávalos, a passionate architect with a strong background on interior design. All properties have been carefully designed and decorated to create memorable moments for our guests, with a special emphasis on providing a comfortable environment to rest and recharge before enjoying all the beautiful places that cities like Madrid and Barcelona have to offer.

Flat Sweet Home offers a variety of services according to the different needs of our clients:
Tourist rentals: Enjoy your visit in the Spanish cities of Madrid or Barcelona while staying in a comfortable and home-like environment. Modern and beautifully decorated rental homes with different amenities available for rent for 5 days, 7 days, 1 month or longer lengths.
Corporate rentals: Conveniently located apartments for rent in popular business areas in Madrid and Barcelona with easy access to public transportation. Luxurious accommodations with 1,2 or 3 bedrooms for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly rentals. Most apartments include free WiFi, linens, central heat/air, iron, microwave and fully equipped kitchens. We offer special packages for corporate rentals with discounts for stays longer than 4 months.
Long term rentals: Making Madrid or Barcelona your home? We have homes for rent for a year or more, furnished and unfurnished.
