My wife and I are both retired. My wife is a retired school teacher and pre-school teacher and I am a retired R.N. who spent my career teaching and managing long term care facilities.

Why the we chose Champions Gate, Four Corners, FL, USA:
We both looked at this property with an eye towards family and safey and located near the parks (oh and no snow - yes, we are from Canada). We found this property and location to have all of these elements and more. Because we have 5 grandchildren and 3 children we also wanted a location where the entire family (all the cousins) can come together and build memories - in the end, that is what it is all about!

The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The property has 3 gated and supervised 24/7 entrances. The properties are all maintained to extremely high standards with every house having inground sprinklers and lawn and garden care frequently giving the whole neighborhood a very lush and green and well kept appearance. By the way the garbage is picked up daily from a container at your front door. It took me a day to figure where my garbage went. :) We have stayed and rented at many properties over the the years and this location is by far the nicest, most well kept and safest we have found!
