I vacation rented for years raising 5 kids. Each time I stayed at a rental, I made notes of what I would do differently, hoping I could own a vacation rental some day. Primary on the list was comfort. I required a bed with good support. Additional items were fully equipped kitchen, plenty of electronics and air conditioning that worked (not window).

In building out this condo I build my dream rental.
