I am English, but live in Antibes, close to the Cannes apartment. I speak fluent English, good French and Spanish. I am available at any time to help out if anything goes wrong either with the apartment or with my guests. I have owned high quality vacation rental properties in Spain for many years and pride myself on the standard of presentation, cleanliness and professional service I offer my clients. I only bought the apartment in April 2012, but have had a very successful first two years with it.
