We invite you to visit our modern apartments with stunning views in one of the most beautiful and comfortable places on the Costa Blanca.
The apartments are located in the resort town of Guardamar del Segura, just 30 km from the airport of Alicante and 43 km from the airport of Murcia. Sun, sea, sand and a mixture of pine and sea air made the Guardamar really a wellness center where you are restoring force just walking around the neighborhood or the coast. And for exploring all conditions: in the forest area of King Alfonso XIII is the largest eucalyptus park in the Europe, and the Queen's Park Sofia will welcome you not only clean air and lots of cozy places for communion with nature, but also a cascade of fountains and ponds with birds and fish, turtles and peacocks, as befits parks dedicated to monarchs. But still, it was magnificent beaches and tranquil coast are a real pride of the city. Resort beaches, stretching for 17 kilometers, no way inferior to the most famous beaches, only here you will not find mass inherent in, for example, resorts in France and get a real european service and excellent leisure facilities. In addition, it is a region with a rich history, so if you like to travel, you will have plenty of options for day trips. You can visit the historical and cultural city, museums and castles, theme parks and amusement parks. We can help arrange a transfer or share information with you if you travel by car.
It is in such a great location, right by the eucalyptus park is located our apartment complex, which has a large adult and children's pool, playground and sitting area. Through the park not hear the hustle and bustle of the center of Guardamar, and everything you need for a perfect holiday is within walking distance. After a short walk through the beautiful dunes of Guardamar (700 m), you go to the beach with fine white sand, which is annually awarded the blue flag, there, opposite a park Reina Sofia there are tennis courts, football pitches and an indoor municipal swimming pool. In the center of Guardamar you will find banks, shops, city market on Wednesdays. You can get anywhere in the city by bus, because only 50 meters from our apartment there is a bus stop of the regular city routes.
