I am a local landlord who has over 20 years experience and can cater for most type of tenants and their needs. Between myself and my company, we have over 35 properties in the Southport area, from en-suite rooms to luxury and self contained properties. Most local estate agents refer short term leads to me if they cannot assist their clients. At least 50 % of my business is referral work and I welcome both positive and negative feed back as I aim to improve all the time.
