We are from Wisconsin and have lived in Port Charlotte for 12 years. We recently purchased this house and renovated it. We live only 2 miles from the seasonal rental and are available if you need us for any reason. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We saw this huge property from the water and fell in love with it. It is rare to find such a private location on the water. We instantly could envision it as a wonderful place for snowbirds to spend their winters.
