We have both lived in Hot Springs practically our whole lives, and love all that the town has to offer. We also get a great deal of joy in sharing that enthusiasm with visitors and helping them have a great experience on their visit.

The location of this property is one of it's greatest attractions! The combination of fantastic lake frontage and views, with the proximity to shopping, restaurants, Oaklawn, and the National Park is unbeatable. Due to the geography, you would never know that you're literally 1 block from the mall, etc. and you get zero noise from traffic or town.

All of our properties are completely refurbished when we purchase them. (Not just "paint & carpet", LOL). We make many changes and upgrades that are not found in most other units in this property. Some of these changes/upgrades are:

Washer/Dryer IN the unit
Enlarged kitchen with cabinets removed/customized to facilitate views
Pocket doors to bedroom & bath to increase livable space and make more convenient
