Owner of the property. I bought the property in 2010 December and have since built the pool and pool pavilion and updated the villa.
I am an Australian of Sri Lankan heritage. I am passionate about gardens, forests and wilderness areas and one of the attractions of this property is that it has a beautiful garden with lots of trees which attracts many birds including the paradise flycatcher and monkeys.
It also gives it's visitors total privacy - something not easy to find in our fast paced lifestyle but yet close enough to the cafes and bars of Hikkaduwa.
