I'm Susana Supnet Kjellsen, co-owner, property manager, escrow processor and realtor in Silicon Valley. I'm a native of California. My husband is Jim from South Dakota. We have one son, Kevin. Since 1995 we have been blessed to own and share our condo with many guests from all over the world in one of the most beautiful and scenic places in the country, South Lake Tahoe. Near the top of the popular Ski Run Blvd., the Summit condominiums are a walking distance to the highly acclaimed Heavenly Valley Ski Resort overlooking Lake Tahoe! What an amazing view from the top. On the opposite end of Ski Run Blvd. is Ski Run Marina and Village where the Tahoe Queen Paddle Boat is launched. If you have never been to Lake Tahoe, it's a must see destination. There's so much to do, places to go and experience. You will not be disappointed. It's a place for all seasons whether you like skiing, snow boarding, swimming, sun bathing, boating, bicycling, hiking, horse back riding, disc golfing, golfing, gaming, dining, etc.
