For example, our properties are not rooms, they're homes. These fully-furnished apartments provide all of the comfort, space, and amenities that a hotel room lacks. Our monthly rentals include fully-equipped kitchens and dining rooms, allowing you enjoy a home-cooked meal any time.

In fact, our properties are not only homes in and of themselves, but most are situated within upscale buildings full of long-term residents. There are no suspicious transient guests, just Philadelphians proud of their communities. As our comparison page illustrates, our offerings are all at least twice as large as the average hotel room.
