My main goal is to make my guests as comfortable as possible throughout their stay.
I believe that small details are what make the difference between a good stay and a great stay! If you arrive late at night or just tired from the trip, it`s nice to find a nice cold bottle of water or coke in the fridge. Thick and large towels are great after a shower, fast Internet with a readily available password that connects minutes after you walk in the door, a map of the closeby handy places: "bodega", breakfast, money exchange, drugstore etc., even nice and soft bathroom tissue can make the difference.
I treat my guests like I would like to be treated if I was in their "shoes".
It`s inevitable that sometimes things are not all perfect but I can assure my guests that I will always strive towards making their stay a most pleasant and comfortable one.
