Sun Villa is purchased as a vacation home for our family and we would like to share the joy of having a waterfront villa where one can literally park their boats in own backyard experience with everyone.

We are full time parents to 2 rowdy but loveable toddlers, with full time jobs, and thousands of miles away from Sun Villa, we thank all for your kind understanding.

As we are located overseas at time zone (GMT +8) ; with a time difference of 12 hours from Florida, it is encouraged to email us to make a reservation or for any inquiries.
