We are self-employed and live in Minnesota. We have become very tired of the harsh winters. We love to travel, have been to Mexico many times, Hawaii, and Amsterdam, but fell in love with St. John. We do all of the bookings, but we do also have a caretaker living on St. John that will greet you and show you the property and help you get a rental vehicle.
