Pad-A-Terre is a registered French company. We are unique in that we privately own all properties within our portfolio. We are therefore highly streamlined from a cost perspective and thus offer competitive rates for this standard of accommodation. Our mission is to offer 4-5 star accommodation at the fraction of the cost of a hotel and we locate and buy apartments with this is mind. This said, we have only a handful of apartments and offer a very personal service. An much appreciated addtion to our service is the Pad About Town directly which We provide culturally savvy Parisians with a cutting edge local perspective on the city: restaurants, shopping and culture.
