This is my parents condo and I'm trying to help them rent it. I moved to the US 25 yrs ago I live in CT with my wife for the past 10 years. I know the apartment and the area since I was a kid and every time I go visit my parents we go there. I never get tired of going for a stroll along the beach or take a dive in the ocean.
