As a yoga teacher and holistic healing practitioner, staying fit and eating healthy organic food is a priority of mine and has been the driving force to maintain longevity and optimal health.
My hobbies evolve around being active, spending time in the outdoors, hiking, sailing, horseback riding, spending time with animals, and most importantly, growing what I eat. It's the most rewarding and gratifying experience!
