My husband and I built The Wren's Nest in 2009. It is a beautiful home, situated at 4300 feet elevation, just 1.5 miles from the Cataloocheed Ski Area in Maggie Valley, NC. We did not intend to rent the house so we furnished and equipped it with top quality everything. Soon we discovered that we would rather have renters there when we were not using the home than to leave it vacant. Since we own an oceanfront vacation rental company in Ponte Vedra, Florida, we are experienced in working closely with renters who are looking for luxury accomodations and are willing to care for them.
