My wife and I are residents of south Florida and enjoy the sun so much that we purchased a property in the Dominican Republic 8 years ago. We enjoy traveling to the DR when we are not booked. We are always on hand to answer any questions that might arise during your stay. Our DR condo is maintained year round by one of the best multilingual managers on the island. He is available to help with your check in, excursions, transportation rentals, and answer any questions that you might have.
We also have two rental properties in Myrtle Beach, SC (maintained by a family member) and one in Pompano Beach, FL that we maintain and added to Flipkey. Short term rentals are the way to go. We enjoy boating, fishing, and travel.
