We are a family of four with two boys. We live in MN but visit South Padre Island often. We are huge hockey fans and love Minnesota for that but we enjoy to get away from the cold and come to South Padre Island to swim in the ocean and enjoy many delicious and affordable restaurants on the island. We take care of our condo and keep it very clean and updated. Our Sea Vista complex has the best on-site crew - they provide the best service, the building is very well maintained and clean, they are very friendly and nice. This is not a "Spring Breaker" destination, our complex is very family friendly and does not rent to anyone under 25 years old, only families and over 25 years old adults. Our 24 hour on site security takes it very seriously and keeps our complex safe and quiet. We promise you will have the best beach vacation and experiance.
