I'm an Industrial Engineer, specialized in Manufacturing Systems. Originally from Argentina, but a local resident for the last 30+ years. My wife and I enjoy coming to SPI on a very frequent basis. Really good restaurants here...good ambient. Wonderful sea breeze!
Started investing in Real Estate in 2007 and bought our first beach condo in 2009. We are not a rental agency. We own most of the properties we rent!
