My husband, Bob, and I created Chez Margurites in 2008. We had built the Granny flat for Bob's Mum, Marguerite, hence the name. I had wanted just 'Marguerites" but apparently somewhere in the world already has that name. (To those who know French, sorry about the s on the end.) She later moved to Perth so it sat empty for a few years until I retired and had the idea to start a B and B.
We enjoyed meeting people from all over the world and Bob especially loved taking people on introductory tours of Broome. Sadly, he became ill and passed away in 2011. I am now in the process of starting up again.
I'm not the great tour guide he was but still hope to enjoy meeting my guests and make their stay enjoyable and memorable once I get up and running again.
Bob used to do airport pickups when needed and I will continue that but since I teach piano 3 afternoons a week my ability to pick up will depend on flight times.
I look forward to seeing you at Chez Marguerites sometime in the future.

Excellent, friendly service that isn't "in your face". The unit is fitted with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday and the breakfast provisions are fresh, varied and plentiful. Comfortable, clean and quiet, close to transport and within walking distance of Cable Beach Chez Margeurites, in its peaceful garden setting is perfect for a relaxed "Broome Time" holiday.
