The villa has an interesting history that dates back to 1864, when the property was first established as a working coconut plantation. Some of the coconut trees on the property are more than one hundred years old.
The property has been privately owned for the most part of the 20th century.
One of our key features is the exclusive opportunity to see first hand how coconuts are plucked and graded for sale at local markets. We also can arrange many other activities (art, sport, bird watching, relaxation, health and beauty or adventure).
