We moved to Camden Maine from Germany via Massachusetts more than 25 years ago where we reside during winter. When not in Camden we live on Vinalhaven an island off the coast of Maine.br br We love the tranquil setting of both our places in Maine as well as their proximity to the town centers. Coming from Germany we really appreciate the fact that we don't have to get into the car for everything we like to do.br br We have continually upgraded the house in Camden with amenities such as a bathroom with a large separate shower and a sunroom that turned out to be our favorite place in every season regardless of weather. At the same time we tried to retain the character and charm of this old Victorian.br br While we are on Vinalhaven during the summer months we offer our Camden home to seasonal guests. Similarly we offer the house that is adjacent to our home on Vinalhaven to seasonal guests when it is not occupied it is owned by two of our daughters.
