Our four bedroom beach house with ocean view and a short walk to the beach, has rented out completely for 27 straight years, all without a problem. We do everything via the Internet and make the process easy for our prospective renters with a short, one-page lease (I am an attorney). The house is in a tree-lined, exclusive coastal beach town, centrally located on Cape Cod so you can go to the National Seashore Park, Provincetown, Chatham, Hyannis and take the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, and is great for families looking for a nice vacation.
