Hello all,

I'm Nick Kiraly. I live here in St. Augustine with my girlfriend Harley, and our Cocker Spaniel Sampson just a few miles away right next to the Bridge of Lions. Having spent the past 4 years in Miami Beach as the director of F&B before moving back to St. Augustine, my hometown, to join my Mother as her Partner in Real Estate, I wasn't quite ready to give up my love for hospitality, so I acquired my first beach house, Sol Mate, and Harley, and I began to build a vacation rental business to fill the industry void that we were both beginning to feel as Harley also grew up in the industry. We now treat our vacation rentals as our own personal mini-hotels, and our guests as family. From our family to yours, we hope you enjoy your stay!
