Owned by a Swiss family, Kirby Country Lodge welcomes you in English, French and German.

Kirby Lodge is the ideal place to escape the grey and cold European Winter for pensioners to stay for one month or longer. Ask for special rates for an extended stay in our self catering chalets.

Situated near many activities, families with children of all ages are welcome. Being situated outside the town of White River, Kirby Country Lodge is an ideal base to start touring beautiful Mpumalanga.

With beautiful lush gardens, majestic forestry and mesmerizing landscapes, this becomes a little piece of paradise on earth for a relaxing and fulfilled holiday.

Our Garden inhabits a variety of bird species, monkeys and even the occasional wild buck; a perfect place to take a stroll after a busy day of exploration.

Other options include, enjoying an ice cold drink by the pool, on the patio or in our tastefully decorated lounge area with a fire place for those chilly winter nights as well as a small library for guest use.

Delicate meals are freshly made on request as well as a breakfast buffet in the mornings.
With a total of eleven rooms, Kirby Lodge offers each rooms with a unique charming style and en-suite bathrooms.

Along with in-room tea and coffee, Mosquito nets are provided on all deluxe and suite rooms for a restful night as well as a private terrace overlooking our gardens.

The family rooms, containing 6 beds, has inter leading doors to a double deluxe room as well as a fully equipped kitchen and Barbecue stand for guest use.
