Spain Sun Rentals Propertiess S.L was formed by a fantastic team with many years' experience organising the bookings for high-quality self-catering villas and apartments in Spain.

We are all both property owners and holidaymakers, from the UK, Spain and Finland. Our team knows too well what is to go to a foreign country like Spain with your family hoping that a) the property is there and b) that it is all as you expected.

The three main characteristics of our services are TRUST, QUALITY and COMMUNICATION.

TRUST -> Our goal is to understand the requirements of holidaymakers and provide the best information about the accommodations we offer and their surrounding areas (photos, maps, videos and references) to ensure your decision to hire a particular property is sound.

QUALITY -> We aim to find the right property at the right price for our clients and ensure that from the moment you contact us until you leave the property after your holiday it is all event-free. Quality is built into our service, our relationship with the owners of the properties and ensuring that the accommodations themselves are to the correct standard expected of our clients.

COMMUNICATION -> We like to provide detailed and relevant information about the accommodations we offer and the booking process. We have names, emails and contact telephone numbers to ensure you always talk to a person that knows the accommodation and all about your booking. We provide contact information for the owner of your chosen property as well as a local agent that will be at hand when you arrive and during stay in Spain.
