PMR Property Management and Rental have been rental specialist since 2007 and we are a legally registered company in the province of Alicante, registered with the Tourism Authorities in the Valencian Community and allocated a registration number which is available upon request.

PMR specialises in good quality and legal holiday properties, long term rental and winter rental properties as well as property management. All holiday properties advertised and rented by us have been registered with the relevant tourist authority for your peace of mind and as is required by Spanish Law. Licence numbers are advertised and can also be requested.

PMR staff will be on hand for everything you need during your reservation process, during your stay and on your departure. We will always arrange to meet you on your arrival to familiarise you with the accommodation and hand over the keys and we will arrange the quick return of your damage deposit.

Also remember that PMR can help you with other requirements to make your holiday the best, we can arrange airport transfers, welcome food shopping packs and special occasion cakes, champagne and flowers as well as excursions, theme park tickets and shows. Just ask us for whatever you need.

Our offices are located nearby to all of our advertised properties so we can always be contacted should you need us during your stay and you will also be given an out of office hours number in case of emergency.
