I'm 40 years old, my original lenguage is spanish but speak fluid english, before move to Costa Rica use to be dance teacher in Nicaragua between my law studies. My husband is from Argentina, we have inmigration status as permanent residence from 2006 and live in town from the last 20 years. Our house is 30 meters far from the rental house, that make us reliable for any need, from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. If you have further questions or special facilities or amenities we can coordinate for you before your arrival, like: hotel close to the airport, thermal resort, breakfast, lunch, dinner, rental car, quad, bicycle or horses, food, supplies, entertainment, tours or special appliances for the house, local flights tickets and taxi.
In the last ten years our guest were mostly couples looking for privacy or families that want their kids learn a second lenguage, having an experience in the local school, or a bilingual that is 8 min away or by internet. Also the privacy and the natural enviroment is kids friendly.
